Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their parcel.

• Exchanges are available for:

• Size issues (subject to stock availability)

• Product change for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer)

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

 • An additional delivery charge will be added for an exchange delivery parcel.

No Refund Policy

• Once a purchase is completed and the customer receives the parcel, Redbee Beauty does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Parcel Return at Delivery

• If you wish to refuse or return an item, it must be done at the time of delivery, directly in front of the delivery personnel.

• Once a parcel has been accepted, it cannot be returned later.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

• Innerwear or undergarments

• Customized or limited-edition products
